Seven of us went for a birthday meal last Sunday. Food was delicious and well priced. Atmosphere was buzzing. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating; decorating our table and allowing us to bring a birthday cake with candles (have in the past in another restaurant been refused to bring own cake). Will definitely recommend and will visit again thank you.

Been here a couple of times for a drink, but the last time we had a meal, absolutely divine, the service was brilliant, the staff are very helpful and being celiac all the meals are Gluten Free, so for me I have masses of choice, instead of normally a very small choice. So will be back again

We travel all over the country following our non-league football team & often look for a decent local fur lunch a drink. This was the best place this season. Loved the rabbit warren nature of the building, so traditional, food was delicious & service was 1st class. Beer was very good too, if there is just one thing I'd improve, would love to see one or two hand pulled local ales

Our favorite Sunday roast destination in Frome! This local gem has become our weekend ritual when we want to stay in town, and for good reason. The roast dinner offers exceptional value for money, featuring pork belly cooked to perfection and big portions of veggies! But don't limit yourself to Sundays – their diverse menu shines throughout the week. The tapas selection is outstanding, and the hot rock steak experience is a must-try, letting you cook your meat exactly to your liking at the table. What truly sets this place apart is the genuine hospitality. The staff and owner create such a welcoming atmosphere that you feel like a regular from your very first visit. The warm, inviting ambiance makes every meal here feel special. Whether you're craving a traditional Sunday roast or looking for a cozy spot for dinner, this restaurant delivers consistently excellent food and service. A true Frome favourite!

I must admit when we viewed from outside we were dubious, but very wrongly so. Fantastic service, food, drinks and cost. We had a superb family meal, absolutely faultless.

Huge menu and warm friendly service. Eaten in here many times. Never had a bad meal. First time we enjoyed a selection of delicious tapas followed by a shared sirloin steak, which we cooked ourselves on the provided hot stone—a fun and interactive experience. (Note: The stone gets very hot!) A variety of sauces were available; we tried the 'monkey sauce', an unexpectedly delicious and unique flavor. The cocktails, however, were a bit underwhelming. Our daiquiri lacked fresh lime and real strawberries, and none of the drinks were garnished. A simple lime wedge would have significantly elevated the presentation. Blue moon available on tap and served with an orange slice. Other times we've dined, we have had burgers lasagne and ribs. All big portions and delicious.

We visited today and just had to leave a review! We were instantly impressed with the quirky decor and warm and inviting welcome, but the food... Wow! There are no words to describe how amazing the black rock steak is, I've never had steak like that and nothing will ever compare! We will be back time and time again. Thank you
